Most Items will ship within 2 to 15 business days. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer. If you would like expedited shipping, please contact us for a shipping quote. Multiple items ordered may incur additional shipping costs.
You may return any item you are dissatisfied with within 7 days of purchase, for a full refund, minus shipping after 7 days will incur a 15% restocking fee. We would prefer that you come visit us again as a happy customer, knowing that if your not satisfied with whatever you purchase from us, that you can return it and get your money back. Please contact us for information on returning a product prior to doing so.

Damaged Goods Policy
Please contact the package carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) and file a claim using the package tracking number. All claims must be filed with the carrier.
